Flowers: | Unique magenta flower, shaped like a "shooting star", with sharply hooked beak of dark pink or red stamens and a bit of lime green near center. The flower is followed by a small round salmon-colored seed pod with spines. |
Leaves: | Narrow grayish leaves, to 1/2" long, slightly hairy. |
Height: | Small bush, grows to 2'. |
