Paloverde (Blue)
Cercidium floridum, Pea family (Leguminosae)
Flowers:	5 crinkled yellow petals, to 1" long, with orange-tipped stamens.
Leaves:	Blue-green bark and leaves, made up of parallel rows of leaflets, to 1 1/2" long.
Height:	Tree grows to 30' high.
Photographed April 3, in Superstition Mountain area. Typically found along desert washes, and in areas which retain ground water.
