Milkweed (Rambling)
Sarcostemma hertellum, Milkweed family (Asclepiadaceae)
Flowers: Purplish pink and cream colored, star-shaped, to 1/2" wide. The long, pointed seed pod (to 3 1/2") splits to reveal white silky fibers.
Leaves: Green, narrow leaves on climbing vines.
Height: Climbs to top of shrubs and trees.

Typically found near desert washes.
