Milkweed (Desert)
Asclepuis subulata, Milkweed family (Asclepiadaceae)
Flowers: White with yellowish tinge, to 1/2" wide, in cluster at tip of stem.
Leaves: Stems are a dusty blue-green and generally have no leaves.
Height: Grows to 4' high.
Photographed January 19, in Superstition Mountain area park.
Typically found in sandy washes and dry flat areas.
