Desert Willow
Chilopsis linearis, Bignonia family (Bignoniaceae)
Flowers:	Pale lavendar to pinkish orchid-like flowers (to 1 1/2" long) with yellow at center.
Leaves:	Narrow, pointed light-green leaves (to 6" long).
Height:	May grow to 25'.
Photographed May 10, in the Superstition Mountain area. Typically found in desert washes.
