Datura meteloides, Nightshade family (Solanaceae)
Flowers:	Bright white trumpet-shaped flower (to 6" long), may have lavendar at center, followed by large seed pod (to 2" diameter) with sharp spines.
Leaves:	Large grayish-green leaves, oval to heart-shaped.
Height:	May grow to 4'.
Photographed October 26, in the Superstition Mountain area. Typically found by roadsides and in desert washes.
