Camphorweed
Heterotheca psammophila, Sunflower family (Compositae)
Flowers:Bright yellow daisy-like flowers (to 1" wide) with orangish center, loosely clustered on thin branches.
Leaves:Thick, wavy light green leaves with toothed edges. Lower leaves may be large (to 3 1/2" long) which smell of camphor when crushed.
Height:May grow to 5'.

Typically found in areas where the ground has been disturbed.
